![]() It was a little hard to get into, mainly because it was a lot of backstory and events leading up to their relationship. I am not going to lie, sometimes this book made me mad because I though enough already, but then I wouldn’t have gotten the great story that it was. You felt pain when she got hurt and celebrated when they won! There were so many times I caught myself smiling from all of the banter between the two main characters. I thought this book was the ultimate tease! It seemed like the wait was never going to end! The author did a great job with all of the characters though, and there was tons of descriptive narrative that made you feel like you could be right there with them. There was so much history given, it is impossible for you to not fall in love with this book. ![]() I loved how MUCH backstory there was- from the time she was a little girl, incidents in her teen years and then ultimately her finding him again, but this time as her coach.
